Our Refund And Return Policy

Happy Farmer offers a free cancellation policy, you may cancel your mobile coop or tractor coop order prior to delivery. The following is our cancellation and refund policy.  

• If your coop isn’t built, we will refund the deposit amount, minus a 5% processing fee. 
• If the coop is built, we will refund the deposit amount minus a 5% processing fee, and a 5 – 10% restocking fee.
• We will send out parts for defects or damage that happened during the shipping period. We do not accept returns after a building has been delivered or constructed on-site.
